It's likely that all your data in the Business Card Scanner are already backed up on the cloud! By default, iPhone and Android devices are set to backup app data to their cloud, so there should be no need to take any extra actions to back up your scanned cards.

Here’s how to check the status of your backup, and enable it if needed:

iPhone (iOS 10.3 or later):

  1. Go to Settings -> [your name] -> iCloud
  2. Tap Manage Storage -> tap Backups in the list below
  3. Tap the name of the device that you're using
  4. Under Choose Data to Back Up, locate 'Covve Scan' and make sure that iCloud backup it turned on

Android (6.0 or later):

  1. Go to Settings -> Accounts and backup -> Backup and restore
  2. Turn on 'Automatic restore' option

    * depending on the phone model, the path can be slightly different. Alternatively, you can try this path:
  1. Go to Settings -> Backup & reset -> Backup
    (if you can't see a 'Backup & reset' option, go to System -> Backup)
  2. Tap App data
  3. Turn on 'Automatic restore' option
